Integrated control box:
The control box is equipped with a frequency converter inside,
and there are corresponding controllers and timers outside the
control box. Without opening the control box, the speed or
timing can be directly adjusted, which is convenient and fast. |
Mixing rod:
Cross shaped stirring rod, the height of the stirring rod can
be adjusted up and down according to the amount of liquid,
allowing the liquid to be fully stirred and evenly mixed in
the barrel. |

Lid:
The lid of the mixing bucket prevents liquid from splashing out
while stirring, while also preventing dust, foreign objects,
etc. It is easy to open and close, clean and hygienic. |
Discharge hole:
The specification of the ball valve is 1 inch, with a height
of about 50cm from the ground. It is made of 304 stainless
steel material. |

Instruction Of Wiring: |

Attention:
Due to the unstable installation position of the control
box, the machine does not
come with a power cord. Please prepare two
power cords according to the length you
need.
The input power supply is 110V and a
three core wire is used.
Four core wires are used to connect the control box to the motor.
Operating speed:
When adjusting the speed of the
controller, the screen value is adjustable from 0
to 50. Due to the characteristics of the motor, it should be avoided to
run between
19 and 26 values. |

Timer Use: |
 |
1.Press ‘C' to reset the timer.
2.Press the ‘Set’ key, after the screen appears ‘ON’, you can set the
working
time by hour, minute, and second.
3.Press the ‘Start/Reset’ key to start or close the timer at any time. |
