An ice maker is a refrigeration mechanical equipment that cools water
through an evaporator and generates ice through a refrigeration system
refrigerant. It uses a refrigeration system and a water carrier to
produce ice through a certain device in an energized state.

Ice making process
|
|
Through the inlet valve, the water automatically enters a water
storage tank, and then pumped through the pump to the diverter pipe,
the diverter pipe will flow water evenly to the evaporator cooled by
low temperature liquid refrigerant, the water is cooled to the
freezing point, the water cooled to the freezing point will
solidified into ice, and the water that is not frozen by the
evaporator flows into the water storage tank, through the pump to
restart the cycle work.
When the ice reaches the required thickness, it enters the deicing
state, and the high-pressure hot gas discharged from the compressor
is diverted to the evaporator through the reversing valve, replacing
the low-temperature liquid refrigerant. This creates a film of water between the ice cube and the
evaporator, which releases the ice from the evaporator and allows it
to fall freely by gravity into the storage tank below.
