Operations

1. Adjusting Pressure:

It mustn't be too tight, or the mug and machine may break; not too loose, or the transferred image will not be clear.

1). Put the mug stuck with image into the machine.
Note: Don¡¯t switch on the power supply, or the heating mat will be burnt.
2). Tighten the handle. Turn the knob of the pole setting until to the right pressure.

2. Adjusting Temperature and Time

¡¡

A. Set temp indication (¨H or ¡æ)

1) Press ¡°SET ¡± key, ¡°Mode¡± indicates ¡°1¡±; and ¡°D4¡± indicates ¡°¡æ¡±, which shows the temp of this machine is ¡æ

2) Press ¡°+¡± and ¡°-¡± keys alternatively, ¡°Mode¡± still indicates ¡°1¡±; and ¡°D4¡± indicates ¡°¨H¡± and ¡°¡æ¡± alternatively.

B. Set the max. working temp£º175C or 347F

2£©Press ¡°+¡± key To increase the temp and press ¡°-¡± key to reduce it.

Tips: Different sublimation paper, ink and mugs need different temps, so set the temp according to the different materials. The heating temp of our ASC365 sublimation paper, ink and mugs is 175¡æ or 347¨H.

C. Set heating time£º£¨This is the keeping time after the machine reaches the assessed time£©

1) Press ¡°SET¡± key£¬¡°Mode¡± indicates ¡°3¡±; ¡°D1, D2, D3¡± indicates the assessed heating time and ¡°D4¡± indicates second ¡°s¡±

2) Press ¡°+¡± key to increase the working time and press ¡°-¡± to reduce it.

Tips: Different sublimation paper, ink and mugs need different time, so set the time according to the different materials. The heating temp of our ASC365 sublimation paper, ink and mugs is 40s.

D. All heating ways set£º

1) Press ¡°SET¡± key£¬¡°Mode¡± indicates ¡°4¡±; ¡°D1, D2, D4¡± is blank screen and ¡°D3¡± can be adjusted from 0-2.

2) Press ¡°+¡± key to increase the number and press ¡°-¡± to reduce it.

Tips: when the ¡°MODE¡± is set ¡°4¡±£¬only set ¡°D3¡± as ¡°1¡± or "2"£¬other are not the setting functions of this machine and they can¡¯t be supported.

"D3" is "1", it indicates " Time Controlling":

For example, if the assessed time is 40 seconds, when the temperature reaches 374¨H (190¡æ), the mug press machine will work automatically and the time begins to count down.

"D3" is "2", it indicates "Manual Controlling":

For example, When the assessed temperature is 374¨H (190¡æ), but if the temperature reaches 365¨H (185¡æ) quickly and increases slowly, you can press "RUN" key directly and the time begins to count down.

E.when the ¡°MODE¡± is set ¡°5¡±£¬only set ¡°D3¡± as ¡°0¡±£¬others are not the setting functions of this machine and they can¡¯t be supported.

F. After finishing the operation above

1) If "MODE4" you have set "1" and the temperature reaches your set digital, it will work automatically and the time begins to count down. When the time is up, it will beep to remind you, just turn off the power.

2) If "MODE4" you have set"2" and the temperature reaches your set digital, press "RUN" key directly and the time begins to count down. When the time is up, it will beep to remind you, just turn off the power.

Note:

1) Don't switch on the power supply if you have not put the mug into the machine, or the heating mat will be burnt.

2) When it begins working, the "MODE" is showing "O", which means the power is "on" and it is heating automatically. When it reaches the temperature you have set, the "MODE" is showing "F", which means the heating is "Finished" and it begins counting down. During the process of counting down, the MODE" will be alternatively showing "O" or "F", which means it is alternatively heating to assure the temperature is maintained at 374¨H (190¡æ) or so , thus ensuring the printing quality.
