24" 500g Cutter Plotter

This Plotter have 500g cutting pressure, can cut sticker and decal vinyl, masking film for painting or etching, vinyl lettering, decorative scrapbook paper, card stock, Mylar stencil, inkjet dark/light transfer paper, as well as all kinds of T-shirt heat transfer media like PU vinyl, flock, colored paper for garments. 

We supply technique support after your purchasing. And we provide a detailed user manual with words, pictures and video made by ourselves, after your ordering, we will send it out with the cutter machine.

1 Color Screen Press with Adjustable Pallet

Based on the needs of the consumers and market, our company R&D this kind of 1 color screen press with removable pallet, which is easy operated but with very low cost and is especially suitable for single color T-shirt printing.

By using this machine, with its removable pallet, you can print many images at the same time. Just put the substrate on the pallet, adjust the screen to a suitable position and then apply the first image printing. Then adjust the pallet to a suitable position for apply another image printing by moving it all around because the moveable pallet can be adjusted in every direction, from forward or backward to left or right, up and down. It's very easy and convenient.

•This machine is specially designed for one color T-shirt screen printing because of its dedicated T-shirt pallet which can guarantee the accurate positioning and good printing effect. 
•It can also be applied to printing on substrates which need overprinting, such as pillowcase, bag, non-woven bags and so on. The user can only change the pallet according to the substrates to satisfy the needs of different kinds of printing and it is easy to dismantle the pallet.

•The pallet is removable & adjustable; It can be adjusted in every direction, from forward or backward, from left or right. 
•It's overprintable which is especially suitable for printing onto t-shirt, pillowcase, bag, non-woven bags and so on. 
•Special design of spring devices in screen adjusting up and down makes it easies for the user operations according to the sizes and weight of the screens, which guarantees proper spring intensity to avoid squeegees expelling and inks splashing in higher intensity and screen unfixing because of higher weight of screen frames and squeegees in loose intensity.
•Screen clamp can be moved up and down, which is suitable for screen frame within 1.8" (4.5cm) thickness.
•It adopts full metal structure with parts of stainless steel materials, which is in advanced electrostatic spraying, elegant appearance, convenient in cleaning and no rust.

1. Cut the design by ASC365 Cutting Plotter

2. Stick the Pre-mask to sign vinyl

3. Stick the vinyl with pre mask to stretched Frame

4. Tear off the pre mask

5. Peel off unwanted parts

6. Finish making the screen plate

7. Printing

8. Finish a T-shirt
