ASC 12" x 7.7"  UV Exposure Unit

ASC3120 exposure unit is a special machine used for small area exposure, especially suitable for exposure of small size photopolymer plate and steel plate or blade.

It is used for printed ruling film and macromolecular photopolymer plate. When the ultra-violet rays shine in through the film on the photopolymer plate, part of the macromolecular photopolymer plate (the light part of the film) will have a photochemical reaction and produce macromolecular chain that is insoluble (weak alkaline solution). After cleaning the plate, this part can be left as a raised part. While the light-tight part of the film stops the light and the corresponding part on the plate can be dissolved.

Steel plate or blade making for pad printing

It is used for printed ruling film and steel plate or blade covered by photosensitive coating. When the ultra-violet rays shine in through the film on the steel plate or blade, part of the photosensitive coating on the plate or blade (the light part of the film) will have a photochemical reaction and coagulate, While the light-tight part of the film stops the light and the corresponding photosensitive coating on the plate or blade can dissolve into developer, then you can carry on the corroding of plate or blade etc.

Refund
We will accept returns on all items within 14 days of you receiving the package. Please notify me of your intention to return the package within that time so We know to look for the package and can have your refund ready to send to you when I receive the package back. Refunds will be for item cost only shipping and handling will not be refunded. 10% restock fee will be charged. Item must be in the same condition as when item was sent. Shipping and handling in any case are not refundable . Buyer is responsible for shipping the machine to us.
