Additional Safety Precautions for Cement Mixers

1. Never leave the Coment Mixer unattended while running. Turn power off if you have 
to leave the mixer.

2. Before each use, check all nuts, bolts, and screws for lightness. Vibration during mixing 
may cause these to loosen.

3. Avoid accidental tipping of the Cement Mixer by using it on a flat and stable surface

4. Remove any tools from inside the mixing drum before turning the Cement Mixer on

5. Keep extension cord off the ground and away from water.

6. Never place your hands in the mixing drum during operation.

7. Keep a three loot clean area around the Cement Mixer.

8. Always connect the Line cord to a GFIC protected electrical outlet.

Operation

a.Place the Cement Mixer on a solid, even surface.
b.Connect the Power Cord to an GFCI electrical outlet with a third, ground prong.
c.Add material to the Drum(Typical quantities include: 1 gallon water, 1.5 shovels cement, 7 shovels aggregate rock using a size 3 show. Run mixer until all dra materials are liquified.)

Warning: Do not attempt to move the cement Mixer when it is full and in operation. Personal injury could occur.


d.Adjust the Drum angle by pulling out on the Adjusting Handle, disengaging the locking pins, and push on Handle until the desired angle is reached, Re-engage the locking pins.
e.Push the Switch to the ¡°On position¡±
f.Filling and emptying the Drum is best done with the Drum rotating.

Caution: Never leave the cement mixer running while unattended. Do not turn Mixer on while full of cement.

g.When finished, keep the switch to ¡°Off position¡± and disconnect the Power Cord.
h.Turn the Drum angle as far down as possible to drain all fluids from Drum.
