Dumpling Making Machine

Instruction:

1. Mix the powder and the water together in the percentage of 1:0.4 into dough. On average, 1.1lbs/500g powder could make 120 dumplings.

2. Rubbing the dough for a while and then send the dough into the dough axis(pic 2), then roll the handling to put the dough into slice (Cut the slice into shape which is 0.1"/2.5mm in thick and 0.32"/83mm in length). Put the powder on the slice and then sent it into the inner axis (pic 3) and roll the handle, to make the long slicer out from the inner axis.

3. Hold the slicer to make it a top as a shape like V (pic4), and then roll the handle to make the slicer a little out. And the dumpling has no inner stuff.

4. Mix the inner stuff of meat and cabbage (the meat and the cabbage has been cut into piece and the percentage is 1:5 or as personality), and then fill the inner stuff to the bottle and screw the top of bottle tight.

5. Install the bottle on the machine, and then link the pulling stick.(pic 6)

6. Roll the handle and then the dumpling could out in the speed of 60 pcs per minute.

7. Dumpling Machine could make noodles and other.

8. The Dumpling Machine could be carefully cleaned by brush and dry clothes. Water should better not in cleaning for long life. Knife scrubbing should better not in use. Transmission part should be oiled often.
