Operation Step:

1)     Make electrolytic solution:

Use 800ml distilled water mixed with 250g electrolytic powder (half of the bottle), the container should be glass or heat-resistant plastic basin (aluminium container is prohibited), and then cool for about 20 minutes.

2)     Add electrolytic solution

electrolytic solution must be lower than normal waterline, and must be higher than feeding waterline.

3)     Add filter solution:

Add alcohol to the cup lower than 1/3 of the cup, the filter solution is distilled water or alcohol which adjust flame pureness and temperature.

4)     Power on test:

Power on, the machine is working well if the fan works.

5)  Usage

Ignite in the copper nozzle, then let the flame burn the acrylic sheets or signs equably in suitable distance, not too

near and not too far. Only burn one time equably.

Note:

1, Please turn off the flame gun first, then turn off the power when you want to stop working.

2, Release the left gas after you shut down the machine.

3, Do not open upper nut if there is pressure inside machine.

4, The electrolytic solution is highly corrosive.

5, Ignition is forbidden when there is no pressure inside the machine.

6, Do not open shell before power off.
