Warranty Policy: ASC365 offer a powerful warranty,one year for all machines,three years for screen press and heat press.Bofore you ship the part back to us ,please take a picture ,send to us and get our authorization. Our warranty coverage for this machine is the date from the day you received the product, free labor and parts. For authorized warranty repairs, buyer pays for shipping (and related costs) to our facility and we pay for shipping it back. Our warranty extends only to the original purchaser. It does not cover misuse or abuse of equipment. We offer our warranty services in Toronto, Canada. You can contact us at any time by email or telephone. Refund Policy: We will accept returns on all items within 14 days of you receiving the package. Please notify me of your intention to return the package within that time so we know to look for the package and can have your refund ready to send to you when I receive the package back. Refunds will be for item cost only shipping and handling will not be refunded. 10% restock fee will be charged. Item must be in the same condition as when item was sent. Shipping,handling and restock fee in any case are not refundable . Buyer is responsible for shipping the machine to us. Please keep the package box 14 days.
