Features

3. Manual hydraulic mechanism design can expand tubing from 10mm to
42mm diameter.

steel and other soft tube.

Direction
|
1. Remove burrs inside the tube.
2. Anneal the tube if necessary (for
hard or thick wall tube).
3. Screw the
expansion head to the tube expander.
4. Put the end of
the tube on the expansion head.
5. Turn the
Pressure reducing valve to “ON” position, and then handle until the
tube is expanded.
6. Turn the Pressure reducing
valve to “OFF” position to loosen expander head. Remove expanded
tube.
