1. When using the machine, connect pipe and the lower tank and place
the tank into the bottom. Make sure the othe side of the pipe is right
in the sewer line.
2. For the first use, put water into the upper tank, dig the sponge into the
water and squeeze the sponge and make sure the sponge is fully sucked
with water.
3. When the wheels is not so sharp as before, turn on the water valve and
grind the wheel with oil stone.
