Summary

Safety use regulation
1.In maintenance condition, to avoid any outside damage, all the out-parts must be put in the stable place. 2.In the running condition, don't turn on the safety system, must close the door to ensure the safety. 3.In the maintenance or checking, must power off the machine first to avoid the machine running accidently. 4.After the maintenance, don't miss any tools or parts inside of the machine 5.When installation, don't put any oil or gas can in nearby to avoid any accident. Mustn't put any easy flammable or explode products inside of the machine. Mustn't use the equipments or products creating spark nearby. 6.After working, must take the paint can out of the machine, if long time don't use the machine, must power off. 7.Put the "No-fire" logo in about 5 meters near the machine. 8.During the barrel shaking process, surrounding personnel must be 1.5 meters away from the equipment Notice: The machine is made by non-burn material, mustn't use this machine in the easy flammable or explode condition.
Warn
Avoid running this machine without paint can. Max weight cannot over 30kg. Should not stop power when paint can clamped inside of the machine. Damagers or tamping products don't put inside of the machine. During the shaking, the broken paint can will damage the machine. Damagers products will hurt the machine. Maintenance must do according this the safety regulation and process.

Operation manual
1.Turn on the power：If the emergency button is pressed, the display will show error " E-O". 2.Place the paint can correctly into the machine:Open the door, press the controlling bar of nether board, to pull out the nether board to be easy to put the paint can on it . put the can on the middle of the board and press down the controlling bar and push the board inside the machine until it is locked by the machine. 3. Notice when mixing the paint ①.press "+" /"-"button to choose add or reduce the mixing time, the time will show on the display screen;Press "start" button,start the machine, the system will clamp the can automatically until it is firm. System will start with low speed (Display show "ACC"), after 5 seconds, it will speedup until to the suitable speed, and the timer will count down till to set time. When the set time is finish, it will slow down (display "DEC"). When it stops, will show "P-O" (The running board will return to the original place), finish mixing, and the running board will stop running, and the board will loose and open, then can take the paint can out. ②.When the can is over 10kgs, press"start(less than 7kg)" , display " E-7", the machine will automatic slow down (means the speed is not suitable for this can). ③.When the can is higher than the gap of the upper and nether boards, press "loose clamping board"button to adjust the gap of the 2 boards---the door must be closed. ④.Press the "stop" button to stop mixing on usual condition, don't press emergency to stop if it is no necessary. ⑤.During operation if press emergency, then press "stop" to let the boards return to the suitable place to start the new running. And when press"stop" , will show " E-4", means the boards have to return to the original point. ⑥.Mustn't put the can inside the machine for a long time after mixing. ⑦.If power off during the operation, the can cannot be taken out immediately. When there is power again, press "stop" to let the boards return to the original point and then take the can out. ⑧. Do not quickly press the manual open and clamp keys. Wait for the machine to come to a complete stop before proceeding with the next operation.
