Shipping & Handling

We ship all area in Canada and almost places of United States only by UPS. If the buyers in Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. places and the other countries and areas should contact seller asc365 first, ask shipping cost
- When payment received, shipping will be made within 3 business days
- Shipping is via UPS ground, deliver around 2 to 7 days.
- Please note your phone number on Paypal for UPS shipping, when special status happened, UPS will call you.
- To USA ,S/H covered duty, taxes, brokerage, insurance, any extra fees.
- To Canada, 13% taxes charge
- Seller is responsible for all damage on delivery
- We ship items out Monday-Friday exclude public holidays, no shipping on Saturday and Sunday.

Refund

We will accept returns on all items within 14 days of you receiving the package. Please notify me of your intention to return the package within that time so We know to look for the package and can have your refund ready to send to you when I receive the package back. Refunds will be for item cost only shipping and handling will not be refunded. 10% restock fee will be charged. Item must be in the same condition as when item was sent. Shipping and handling in any case are not refundable . Buyer is responsible for shipping the machine to us.
