All heads down press. Allows you to print in multiple stations simultaneously

What is all heads down printing and is it right for you? All Heads Down printing is simply a slightly different printing technique that requires a slightly different printing machine. All Heads Down Press features a floating head design enabling multiple operators to increase production by assisting with printing. This technique is called All Heads Down Printing. Considering the flash cure between printing colors, All Head Down Printing is the best way to increase production.

Both shirtboard layer and screen layer can rotate independently. Large Diameter, Full Length Center Shaft with Tapered Bearings makes the "color" and "station" independent, and all heads down printing assignment possible.

This magnetic device can suck the screen clamp on the table arm, at this time, users can hold the squeegee with two hands to scrape the inks through the mesh to the substrate, and it is can be adjusted up and down to fit for different substrates.

Micro-adjust to make screen and shirtboard touch evenly

In actual printing, a common problem is the incomplete touching between stencil and substrate, with these five nuts, users can easily make them level joint to make sure printing quality.

 

Fixed wheel can lock the screen clamp in right and left position firmly

When users finish registration, adjust these two wheels to lock screen clamp and block displacement in right and left direction, besides wheels can not affect screen clamp's lifting and falling.

 

Adjust screen clamp head independently

Besides adjusting screen angle by support arm, users also can control screen angle and height by these two bolts.

 

Replacement shirtboard, large screen capacity

Our replacement shirtboards feature a 0.69 inch(1.75cm) thick, dense MDF board with a white polyester bonded coating on both top and bottom. The platens are then finished with a precise dimension. These platens feature a rectangle pattern for loading and unloading. They will fit just about all manual screen printing presses. Just loose the pallet bracket screws, take it down from screen arm, then install it to another screen arm.

 

Detachable Bracket facilitates alternating shirtbords and adapts to different sizes.

This set of pallet bracket can used easily, you can use it to retrofit your own custom-made pallets.

Just unscrew their pallet bracket from their current shirt boards, do a simple measurement and re-screw the bracket onto the new platen.

 

Big heavy gauge steel foundation and auxiliary pad

Stable machine is critical for precise printing, on this base, we bring in auxiliary pad to achieve further stability and balance, and this foundation can be disassembled for convenient transportation.

 

Equipped with a full set of tools for installation and maintenance

For the transportation, we divide the whole machine into four cartons for 6/6 press, three cartons for 4/4 press, so users need these tools to assemble this press according to our video demo, and for daily maintenance.
