Metallic ink

Metallic inks are accomplished by actually putting specially formulated metallic particles in the ink to create gold, silver and other inks, offering natural opacity, and making them good choices for dark colored papers,especailly for metal  ans glass,ceramics, electroplating UV surface,getting a metallic look or a shine or lustre that is not possible through printing of normal inks.

Using method

1.Clearn the surface of the substrate by alcohol or other cleaning liquids

2.Mix the inks and the curing agent by a ratio of 5:1,wait for 20 mins,then dilute with proper ink thinner

3.Use it by screen printing or pad printing,after printing,it needs a drying for a better bonding,please choose a  temperature bettween 100-180 ℃(212-356℉)according to different substrates.
