操 作 过 程：
* 采用数码相机、扫描仪等方式将图片或照片输入计算机，在计算机中任意设计、修改图片。然后使用普通墨水经彩色喷墨打印机打印在纸张上。
* 用圆形工具裁切图片，可以按照所需要徽章的大小，用圆规等工具裁切成圆形，图片应比徽章稍大。
* 将上、下模具安装到徽章机的机架上
* 依次放上马口铁盖、图片、透明膜和塑料底
* 调整模具的位置
* 下压机器手柄直到上下模具合拢为止
* 取出成品胸章，打印在纸张上的彩色图像即可压印到胸牌上去。
