Installing and using the rotary machine

1. Open the right door of the laser engraving machine, find the four wires at the top-right of Y driver, and remember their positions (A +, A-, B +, B-), A + and A- are one group, B + and B- are the other group, then loosen the four screws, and pull the four wires out.

2.Take down wire fixtures, and take the four wires, then insert them to the top-right hole.

3.Open the back door, and pull out the four wires from the top-left hole.

4.Solder the ends of four lines and the weld of the plug which is the same as the one on the rotary machine.

Notes: There are four signs(1,2,3,4) marked respectively on both sides of the plug, 1 and 2 are one group, 3 and 4 are the other group, to solder respectively red (A+) and blue (A-)wires, or black (B+) and green (B-) wires, make sure the same group of plug can be connected to the same group of four wires pulled out from the Y driver, and the wires shouldn't touch the shell of the plug, you can refer to which wire of the rotary machine soldered 1,2,3,4 weld of the plug.

5.Loosen the screws of Y driver at A +, A-, B +, B- positions, prepare four wires (it would be best to choose the same colors as the original wires, if have no four-color wires, the four wires should be marked to distinguish them) ,and insert the four wires corresponding to the original position, then tighten the screws.

6.Insert the four wires to the bottom-right hole.

7.Pull out the four wires from the hole at the bottom of the back of laser engraving machine.

8.Solder the four wires and the plug base,  the group which is connected to A+ and A- position of Y driver and the other group which is connected to B+ and B- position of Y driver should be connected respectively 1,2 or 3,4. Make sure the hex nut is under the hole, when finished soldering, screw the plug base on the hex nut, and the wires shouldn't touch the shell of the plug base.

9.Finish wires soldering.

10.When the rotary machine is not used, insert the power cord of Y axis motor to the plug base.

11.When using the rotary machine, take off the power cord of Y axis motor, and insert the power cord of the rotary machine to the plug base.

12.Install the three supporting arm to the rotary machine, there are two sets supporting arms, and each set contains three arms which are marked with 1,2,3.
13.Insert the wrench, rotate clockwise it, screw thread will move anticlockwise, when the outmost screw thread in the gap just come out, insert 1 supporting arm, then rotate clockwise the wrench to ensure that 1 arm is stuck. Then insert 2 and 3 supporting arms anticlockwise, and rotate clockwise the wrench to ensure that they are stuck.
14.According to the material engraved to determine the position of the strutting piece, and tighten the screw clockwise.

15.Set the rotary machine on the work table, the motor head of the rotary machine on your right hand. Make work table decline, pull the X axis beam above the rotary machine, and move the laser head above the material engraved, then adjust the focal length.

16. Calculate the circumference of the cylinder, circumference multiplied by 0.8, fill in the values to "File"¡ú "Options"¡ú "Worktable"¡ú "Y Axis"¡ú "Pulse unit calculation" (Click the bottom on the right of the 'Pulse unit')¡ú "Move" (Notes: please write the original figures down, you will use it)
17.Save it, back to the desk, click ¡°Download¡±¡ú ¡°Download CFG¡±, the machine will buzz, it is ok, and you can use the rotary machine. When you do not use the rotary machine, you should fill the original figures back to the ¡°Move¡± and download CFG.
