Sublimation Transfer paper

ASC365 dye-sublimation paper. Designed for aqueous, piezo, wide-format printers, the product transfers onto various sublimation surfaces, such as clothing, fabrics, metal and plastic signs, custom ceramics, banners and flags. The product reportedly features fast dry times and a 95% to 100% transfer efficiency on various heat-transfer presses.

Notice:
1, Printing image on shiny side (coating material side)

2. It can transfer the image on to the Mug, Metal plates, Fiber cotton, Mouse mat, puzzle, etc. But the surface of the transferring objects must be fully dry.

3, Due to coating material on the paper, if the air is very dry, the paper will be curled a little. Generally keeps all paper into plastic bag, take around 10 sheets, turn the papers along long edge of the paper, (shiny surface is outside) put the papers in a mug, before printing, take one sheet paper from mug, bend the 4 corners of the paper to back (when printing, avoid printing head to touch the corner), put the paper into printer, printing immediately.

4, After printing, waiting 1 - 2 min for sublimation ink to dry, than make transfer.

Dye Sublimation inks

Sublimation ink is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. (Just like dry ice.) The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled with pressure and time. Hard items such as ceramic, fiber board, metals, etc. requires a special coating to accept the sublimation inks.

You must purchase the mugs, tiles, metals, etc. with the coating already on them. When you apply to 100% polyester, you do not need any coating, it is applied directly to the 100% polyester fabric.

Sublimation inks contain special sublimation dyes and are used to print directly or indirectly on fabrics that consist of a high percentage of polyester fibers. In a heating step the dyes sublimate into the fibers and create an image with strong color and good durability.

High temp resistant adhesive tape

Heat resistant tape is a polyester film tape with a high temperature adhesive. Primarily used to hold transfer sheets in place while sublimating onto a variety of items and hold the polymer plate on the heating platen in hot foil stamping. Excellent heat & solvent resistance. Minimal shrinkage after baking and clean removal.

Teflon sheet

When pressing the mug, Place the Teflon sheet between the mug and the heating mat

1) to prevent the sublimation transfer paper from adhesion to the heating pad.

2) to prevent the heating pad from the pollution of the image on the mug.
