24"x24"拉网器

ASC6060型手动拉网器是制作丝网版绷拉丝网的专用设备。该机器体积小，不占空间；四面均匀拉动后使丝网能够均匀平整，是制作丝网版非常重要的辅助设备。
本拉网器分别由4个60厘米宽组成，单套可制作外网框最大尺寸为60厘米和60厘米。单套不仅可绷60厘米以下的各种网，两套组合还可以做120厘米以下的各种尺寸的网版。 基本技术参数：

ASC6050 紫外线晒版机

紫外线晒版机是制作丝网版工艺 中一个必不可少的的设备

工作原理：用上浆器在丝网上涂抹一层感光浆，当感光浆干燥后，放置打印好的阳图在网版上。一旦曝光，被图案黑色条纹阻挡的感光浆会被水流冲洗掉，显现出网孔，而周围被紫外线曝光的感光浆会变硬凝固，因此油墨会通过网孔印到承印物上。

2.定时器保证曝光时间的准确性，同时设定曝光时间（0-999秒）自动记忆，再次使用，将按原设定运行；倒计时结束，电源自动关闭。

3.使用八只晒版专用紫外线灯管，使紫外线曝光更均匀，从而保证曝光质量。

4.配套工具完备，备用件齐全；使维修和更换部件非常简单方便；

5.上面玻璃板采用8MM高强度钢化玻璃，耐重性强，玻璃表面不易划伤，一旦玻璃破碎，玻璃将成马赛克式无锋利锐角的粉碎状态，从而保证使用者的安全

网框丝网印刷过程中最重要的辅助设备。

铝合金网框因其强度高，完全能够满足绷网张力的需要，其坚固、耐用、轻便、价廉；在温、湿度变化较大的情况下，其性能应保持稳定，不变型；可重复使用，并应具有一定的耐水、耐溶剂、耐化学药品、耐酸、耐碱等性能优点，在丝网印刷过程应用最为广泛。

1，采用定制的专用铝型材，可根据网框尺寸选用不同型材；
2，网框粘网面均进行打磨处理；从而保证了丝网与铝框的粘合牢固；

丝网是用作丝网印版支持体的编织物。聚酯纤维已替换传统的丝作为织物的选择，因其抗张强度，弹性效应，和抗化学物质，抗磨损，抗热，抗湿的特性。聚酯纤维是一种高温处理的单丝纱线机织物，由直径准确的单丝纺织而 成
丝网目数指的是每平方英寸丝网所具有的网孔数目。丝网目数英文单位为T（Thread）。
目数一般可以说明丝网的丝与丝之间的密疏程度。目数越高丝网越密，网孔越小。反之，目数越低丝网越稀疏，网孔越大。如180目/英寸，即1英寸内有180根网丝。网孔越小，油墨通过性越差，网孔越大，油墨通过性就越好。
按照实际准确性需求，当应用不同油墨和色浆时，应选择不同网目的丝网。

Solvent-based Photographic Emulsion

适用于网目高的丝网，覆盖力强，能盖住底色。耐溶剂型感光液适用于溶剂型油墨，主要用于广告标牌、陶瓷贴花纸、塑料、玻璃、金属制品的网印

1．配制感光液：

重氮感光胶的组分比例：胶体1000g＋重氮光敏剂8~10g +水50~100ml。

2．配制顺序：

1）在50~100ml水中倒入光敏剂粉末8~10g；
2）搅拌溶解成液体；
3）将溶解的光敏剂倒入1000g胶体中搅拌均匀；
4）消泡30~60分钟，静置2~3小时后使用。

3．配制要点：

1）水的用量要根据涂布用胶体黏度要求而定；
2）一定将光敏剂粉末全部溶解后再倒入胶体；
3）搅拌时按顺时针方向，以免产生气泡。

脱膜液

用于将丝网板上已经感光后的感光膜溶解掉

用喷壶喷涂脱膜液或将脱膜液倒入网版溶解感光膜后，用清水冲洗。

We ship all area in Canada and almost places of United States only by UPS. If the buyers in Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. places and the other countries and areas should contact seller asc365 first, ask shipping cost
- When payment received, shipping will be made within 3 business days
- Shipping is via UPS ground, deliver around 2 to 7 days.

Refund

We will accept returns on all items within 14 days of you receiving the package. Please notify me of your intention to return the package within that time so We know to look for the package and can have your refund ready to send to you when I receive the package back. Refunds will be for item cost only shipping and handling will not be refunded. 10% restock fee will be charged. Item must be in the same condition as when item was sent. Shipping and handling in any case are not refundable . Buyer is responsible for shipping the machine to us.
Please keep the package box 14 days.
