24"x24"Hand Screen Stretcher

Screen stretching is the most important procedure to make screen. Stretching tool and technical define the quality of emulsion coating ,screen stretching and screen printing.

Main features:

  • Consisted by four 24"(60CM) wide collets. One single set can apply to any screen frames below 24"x24"(60x60CM )(external dimension), two sets combination can be done all size screen frames below 48"x48"(120x120CM).

ASC 20"x24"UV Exposure Unit

UV Exposure Unit is an important tool in screen making.

working principle: screen printing screens are coated with a light sensitive emulsion using a scoop coater.When the emulsion is dry, place a positive print of your image on the screen. Once you burn the screen, the emulsion that did not get any UV will wash out of the screen exposing the tiny pin holes. The surrounding areas that was exposed to UV will be cured. Hence the ink will pass through screen  onto your substrate.

Fabric is used as supporter of an ink-blocking stencil.

Polyester has replaced traditional silk as the fabric of choice among screen printers all over the world because of its tensile strength, elastic memory and resistance to chemicals, abrasion heat and moisture. Polyester is woven from yarn that is extruded from heated polyester into a single strand. The extruded thread is the spun to a precise diameter.

Solvent-based Photographic Emulsion

This solvent resistant emulsion including one big bottle of photogelatin and one small bottle of photosensitizer powder can be used as stencil material to make screen.

Applying the emulsion is the chemical process of transferring image to a screen.In the direct coating process, a light-sensitive emulsion is applied to the entire screen using a scoop coater and allowed to dry. The screen is then exposed to a film positive image. The non-image areas of the emulsion harden upon exposure. However, the coating in the unexposed image areas remains soluble and is removed with a spray of warm water. Several coats of the light-sensitive material are applied and smoothed to achieve a long wearing screen.

Remover of Screen Photographic Coating

This remover can be used to remove emulsion by sprinkling the screen with a solution of water and emulsion remover chemicals which is comprised mainly of sodium metaperiodate. Then rinsing the solution away with fresh water.

The emulsion remover solution should not be permitted to dry on the surface of the screen. The emulsion and remover will become virtually impossible to remove if allowed to dry. Repeated rinsing will result in excess waste water that must be disposed of as a regulated waste and will not significantly improve the situation.

A4 Transparency Film

ASC Non-Waterproof Ink-Jet Film is a specially coated, clear film that absorbs quick drying inkjet ink, and controls the shape of fine lines and half tones. Ink-jets achieve better quality because heat isn't used to set the ink. This inkjet film is only coated on one side. Print on the coated (matte) side of the film! If you print on the glossy uncoated side, the ink will not dry because it is not absorbed by the coating.
For the unique high-tech solution, they can not be conglutinated with each other when folded together. The image is well-resisting and suitable for storage.

Note 1: This film also can be used in your laser printer.

It is a kind of room temperature adhesive,used for bolding screen fabric to aluminum frame.
