1-1 Screen Printing Equipment

Based on the customers and market, our company R&D this multi-functional 1-1 screen press, it overcomes these shortages from traditional press, such as without micro-devices, only one fixed shirtboard, and can not put on the T-shirt, pillow, bag and so on. This press is especially suitable for printing non-woven environment-friendly shopping bags and T-shirts with small amount.

Main Features

1. Overprint is its most significant feature.

The significant features brings it wide applications, such as T-shirts, pillowcases, non-woven bags, etc.
2. With all-around micro-devices and also equipped lock devices, two assistive hammers and three shirt boards in different sizes.

Micro-device makes screen and shirt board joint evenly, micro-device up and down with different substrates, also for left and right, back and forth, which ensures the precision of printing.

The lock devices can make every part stable and it also ensures the precision of printing.
3. Utilizing electrostatic spraying and electroplating, durable, easy clear, no rust.
Installation

Attention: You should loose the lock devices before installing and then tighten them after your installations.

1. Install the Machine Head.

Remove the bolts, put the machine head on to the base support, adjust the proper position and then screw the bolts tightly.

2. Install the Gravity Hammers.

3. Install the Stretched Screen Frame to check whether you have well installed it or not.

Operation

Attention: You should loose the lock devices before adjusting and then tighten them after your adjustments.

1. Swing the machine head to align the screen frame and the shirtboard.

2. Micro adjustments, including up and down, left and right, back and forth, which ensures the precision of printing.

3. Adjust the positions of gravity hammers to fit for screen with different sizes and weights.

 Kiln-dried and precision cut lumber is used for the no-warp handles, which are smooth, comfortably shaped and easy to handle.
Blades are molded under high heat and pressure and have a tensile strength of more than 2,000 lbs. This eliminates ink streaking and provides a superior long-lasting printing edge.

Solvent resistant emulsion
Applying the emulsion is the chemical process of transferring image to a screen. The function of the emulsion is to cover the non-printing area of the screen. The stencil process works due to the use of a light sensitive material that hardens when exposed to ultraviolet light. The stencil material must be of a material that is impermeable to the screen printing ink.

In the direct coating process, a light-sensitive emulsion is applied to the entire screen using a scoop coater and allowed to dry. The screen is then exposed to a film positive image. The non-image areas of the emulsion harden upon exposure. However, the coating in the unexposed image areas remains soluble and is removed with a spray of warm water. Several coats of the light-sensitive material are applied and smoothed to achieve a long wearing screen.

Solvent resistant emulsions can be used along with water based inks and UV curable inks.

Emulsion Remover
This remover can be used to remove emulsion by sprinkling the screen with a solution of water and emulsion remover chemicals which is comprised mainly of sodium metaperiodate. Then rinsing the solution away with fresh water.

The emulsion remover solution should not be permitted to dry on the surface of the screen. The emulsion and remover will become virtually impossible to remove if allowed to dry. Repeated rinsing will result in excess waste water that must be disposed of as a regulated waste and will not significantly improve the situation.

A3 A4 Ink-Jet Laser Transparent Film
ASC Non-Waterproof Ink-Jet Film is a specially coated, clear film that absorbs quick drying inkjet ink, and controls the shape of fine lines and half tones. Ink-jets achieve better quality because heat isn't used to set the ink. This inkjet film is only coated on one side. Print on the coated (matte) side of the film! If you print on the glossy uncoated side, the ink will not dry because it is not absorbed by the coating.

For the unique high-tech solution, they can not be conglutinated with each other when folded together. The image is well-resisting and suitable for storage.

Note 1: This film also can be used in your laser printer.
