Based on the customers and market, our company R&D this multi-functional 1-1 screen press, it overcomes these shortages from traditional press, such as without micro-devices, only one fixed shirtboard, and can not put on the T-shirt, pillow, bag and so on. This press is especially suitable for printing non-woven environment-friendly shopping bags and T-shirts with small amount.

The equipment includes the main printing device and three shirtboards with different sizes.

Main Features

1. Overprint is its most significant feature.

The significant features brings it wide applications, such as T-shirts, pillowcases, non-woven bags, etc.
2. With all-around micro-devices and also equipped lock devices, two assistive hap and three shirt boards in different sizes.

Micro-device makes screen and shirt board joint evenly, micro-device up and down with different substrates, also for left and right, back and forth, which ensures the precision of printing.

The lock devices can make every part stable and it also ensures the precision of printing.
3. Utilizing electrostatic spraying and electroplating, durable, easy clear, no rust.
Installation

Attention: You should loose the lock devices before installing and then tighten them after your installations.

1. Install the Machine Head.

Remove the bolts, put the machine head on to the base support, adjust the proper position and then screw the bolts tightly.

2. Install the Gravity Hammers.

3. Install the Stretched Screen Frame to check whether you have well installed it or not.

Operation

Attention: You should loose the lock devices before adjusting and then tighten them after your adjustments.

1. Swing the machine head to align the screen frame and the shirtboard.

2. Micro adjustments, including up and down, left and right, back and forth, which ensures the precision of printing.

3. Adjust the positions of gravity hammers to fit for screen with different sizes and weights.

We ship all area in Canada and almost places of United States only by UPS. If the buyers in Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. places and the other countries and areas should contact seller asc365 first, ask shipping cost
- When payment received, shipping will be made within 3 business days
- Shipping is via UPS ground, deliver around 2 to 7 days.
- Please note your phone number on Paypal for UPS shipping, when special status happened, UPS will call you.
- To USA ,S/H covered duty, taxes, brokerage, insurance, any extra fees.
- To Canada, 13% taxes charge
- Seller is responsible for all damage on delivery
- We ship items out Monday-Friday exclude public holidays, no shipping on Saturday and Sunday.
- Shipping is NOT available to P. O. Boxes.
- Items are NOT shipped out on Saturday or Sunday.
- Damaged items on delivery must be reported to us within 3 days from the day receive the order, the pictures as attachments in the Email will be very helpful for the company to deal with the damage accident in the delivery.
- Usually we ship by UPS, UPS is not under our control, if the item was damaged on delivery, let me know ASAP. We will do our best to solve the case.
- Local Pick up, click pickup  Location ,If you buy the item on eBay, you have to accept shipping.

Refund
We will accept returns on all items within 14 days of you receiving the package. Please notify me of your intention to return the package within that time so We know to look for the package and can have your refund ready to send to you when I receive the package back. Refunds will be for item cost only shipping and handling will not be refunded. 10% restock fee will be charged. Item must be in the same condition as when item was sent. Shipping and handling in any case are not refundable . Buyer is responsible for shipping the machine to us.
Please keep the package box 14 days.
