Vacuum screen press can suck soft material on the surface to get a nice printing effect and is especially suitable for printing non-woven environment-friendly shopping bags ,papers, and soft plastic bags and T-shirts with small amount.

Main Features

Our specially designed multi-functional vacuum screen press has kept the functions of the traditional, such as big attractive force and good positioning to the relatively thin substrates, such as paper, paperboard, plastic film, etc. Frame clips is flexible to suit frames of different sizes; three-dimensional adjustments and so on. Besides, it has some other special features.

With all-around micro-adjustment devices and also equipped with lock devices.

Micro-adjustment device makes screen and shirt board joint evenly. The up and down micro-device makes it suitable for different substrates; besides, its left and right, back and forth micro-adjustment device ensures the precision of printing.

The lock devices can make every part stable and it also ensures the precision of printing.

Process of Screen Printing Plastisol Transfers
The mechanics of printing screen printed transfers is very simple. 

The most important thing to know about screen printing plastisol transfers is that you print the image with just one stroke.

1. Place a sheet of transfer paper on the vacuum platen, start the vacuum, lower the screen and print with just one squeegee stroke.

2. Release the vacuum and remove the finished print from the platen and send it through the dryer for partial curing (partial curing process is covered below).

3. Multi-color transfer printing (which is covered below) is essentially a repeat of this entire process for each color until all of the colors have been printed.

We ship all area in Canada and almost places of United States only by UPS. If the buyers in Alaska, Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. places and the other countries and areas should contact seller asc365 first, ask shipping cost

- Shipping is via UPS ground, deliver around 2 to 7 days.

- Seller is responsible for all damage on delivery

- Damaged items on delivery must be reported to us within 3 days from the day receive the order, the pictures as attachments in the Email will be very helpful for the company to deal with the damage accident in the delivery.
- Usually we ship by UPS, UPS is not under our control, if the item was damaged on delivery, let me know ASAP. We will do our best to solve the case.
- Local Pick up, click pickup  Location ,If you buy the item on eBay, you have to accept shipping.

Refund
We will accept returns on all items within 14 days of you receiving the package. Please notify me of your intention to return the package within that time so We know to look for the package and can have your refund ready to send to you when I receive the package back. Refunds will be for item cost only shipping and handling will not be refunded. 10% restock fee will be charged. Item must be in the same condition as when item was sent. Shipping and handling in any case are not refundable . Buyer is responsible for shipping the machine to us.
Please keep the package box 14 days.
