Cleaning Liquid

This liquid is used to clean steel plate to wash off dust and rust before making plate

Photosensitive Liquid

One kind of mylarsite sensitization emulsion. Film will be formed after coating onto pad plate by emulsion coating machine. it is one kind of important chemicals in the process of making pad plate.
This chemical  has such a characteristic that it can dissolve into developing liquid, while if exposed by ultraviolet light, then it can not dissolve into developing liquid.

Developing Liquid

Developing liquid is used to dissolve unexposed photosensitive film to make mark you want to reveal in pad plate making.
This chemical has such a characteristic that it can dissolve solid photosensitive film, while if photosensitive film is exposed by ultraviolet light, then this developer can not dissolve photosensitive film

Etching Liquid

Main component of this etching liquid is concentrated acid, which can produce chemical reaction with steel plate, causing unexposed part sank in, then a finished gravure can be used in pad printing. Please pay a special attention to this liquid when you use and store it.

Stripping Liquid

Stripping liquid is one kind of chemical liquid, used to clean the exposed photosensitive film.As the last liquid, it can clean the residual left on the steel plate with water.

Refund
We will accept returns on all items within 14 days of you receiving the package. Please notify me of your intention to return the package within that time so We know to look for the package and can have your refund ready to send to you when I receive the package back. Refunds will be for item cost only shipping and handling will not be refunded. 10% restock fee will be charged. Item must be in the same condition as when item was sent. Shipping and handling in any case are not refundable . Buyer is responsible for shipping the machine to us.
