The photopolymer plates have two layers: the upper is photopolymer layer  and will solidify after UV exposure, while the rest part without  exposure can dissolve in the water.

One is hard photopolymer plate, the other one is soft photopolymer  plate.

Notes

1. They must be stored  in cool, dry place with the photosensitive face down and out of light.  The room temperature should be between 50F-77F  (10¡æ-25¡æ).

2. They mustn¡¯t be of  heavy pressure. Don¡¯t move them frequently to prevent protecting film  and the photosensitive layer from shelling which will cause oxygen  crystal.

3.  Don¡¯t tear off the protecting film if not use. The left part should be  used up within a short period.

4. If it is stored for  a long time, when you tear off the protecting film, there maybe a layer  of water, just dry it in a lower temperature or by hairdryer, then it  can be used as usual.
