We should add wine yeast and water in the grain, the temperature is better controlled in 30-35.

• How many days is the fermentation time?

The temperature higher, the fermentation time shorter,  for example ,it is about 15 days in 30-35,about 10 days in 35-38,about 8 days in 38-40.

• What is the scale of grain and water?

The scale of grain and water is 1:2,for example, if grain is 1kg,water is 2kg.
