Operation Steps

▪ Connect the power supply and the power indicating lamp is on.
▪ Turn clockwise the temperature controller to make all the temperature values are aligned with the positions of the temperatures.
▪ The heating indicating lamp is on which indicates current is supplied to the furnace and the heating tube begins to work.
▪ When  the temperature rises to the required temperature, the temperature controller is automatically cut off power supply and heating indicating lamp is off and the heating tube stops working.
▪ When the temperature falls slightly the temperature controller automatically puts through power supply and the heating indicating lamp is on and the heating tube begins to work again.
▪ The machine works in such a cycle to guarantee that the temperature inside the furnace is constant.
