Adjustment on temperature:

Refer to the drying temperature table of plastic materials an set the scale of the thermo controller. Temperature should be maintained in proper level. When the temperature is too high, the raw materials on the shade separator will agglomerate which tends to cause machine guipures. The actual excellence will help you for proper adjustment on temperature.

Feeding:

It is preferable to use autoloader which can ensure the "full tank" of materials and ensure the drying efficiency. If feeding by manual labor, be careful that feeding must be made before there is very little material left other wise the drying efficiency will be unsatisfactory and uneven.

Drying of transparent materials:

For transparent materials, such as acrylic, an air cleaner, ( thick spongy or so.) must be placed on the air inlet to prevent dust from infiltrating in.

Select the correct models in accordance with the injection 's hourly injection capacity:
