20mm Hand Crimper
The hand operated crimpers are provided with adjustable stop. They have cushion grip for user comfort and are economical and durable. They are used to attach Aluminum caps and seals to bottles for lab scale production.

1, ready for glass bottles, plug in, cover (easy pull cover, aluminum cover or aluminous model).
2, will plug into the bottle first.
3, put the cover on the glass bottle.
4, will cap part into the calipers.
5, gently press the up and down the handle, press until dog tightening, (don't).
6, loosen the handle, handle back to the original position. With three fingers check cap is not loose.
7, such as rolling cover not tight or not smooth for the first time, only need to adjust gland dog, clockwise for loose, counterclockwise to tight.
