Do not use out-doors.

Never use the Bain marie as a heating source

Always keep hands, hair and clothing away from heating source.

Allow the Bain marie to cool down after use and before dismantling.

      For cleaning the unit will be too hot to handle immediately after use.

Cleaning Instructions

1. When temperature of the water cools down, then pour the water out of pot.

2. Use a clean cloth and a non-abrasive cleaner to clean the stainless steel body

3. Wipe the polished areas with a soft cloth

4. When not in use ,close the main gas valve and flame knob.
