ASC365 International Ltd. Return and Refund Policy

Return & Refund & Restocking Policies
ASC365 offers a 14 days return and refund for most merchandise. We do our best to make 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase order from us within 14 days when you received, you must contact us at (647)350-2889 or customerservice@asc365.com for a Return Authorization (RA). Any returns without RA will not be processed and will be rejected. All the merchandise considered for refund must be returned in as-new, unopened condition and comes with original package. All refunds are for the original invoiced purchase price of the merchandise only. Any merchandise returned via post or courier must be shipped pre-paid and only to the location from it was originally shipped. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded unless it is determined that the return is a result of an error by ASC365. 10% minimum restore fee will be charged for most return items, and ASC365 reserves the right to change the rate depending on the return item’s condition and value. (For example, hot stamping machine 20% restocking fee charge, laser engraving machine 35% restocking fee charge.) Once the return item is received and processed at our Canada warehouse, we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to one week for your return to be processed.

Wrong Item
We will always make your order right. If you receive a wrong item, please contact us in 5 days after you get it. Some photos maybe required to help us to confirm. If the wrong item needs to be shipped back us due to our mistake, we will be responsible to pay all the postage. We will create a return label and send to the customer, and we will reship the correct item after we make sure the courier has picked up the wrong one.

Damaged Item
The customer has responsibility to inspect the merchandise which you received at once. If you found something was damaged when delivery, please keep all the original packing and notify us in 3 days. We will discuss with the customer to make decision what we need to do. If we are not notified within 7 days of the shippers delivered date, customers order will be considered complete and no refunds or claims will be filed or given.

Non-Returnable items
ASC365 cannot accept any refund or exchange for any items marked “Clearance”, “Used” or “Demo”. These sales are final. We also cannot accept any refund or exchange for consumable items, regardless of condition. This includes, but may not be limited to: Ink, Ink System & Ink, Printer with Ink System & Ink, Chemistry, Transfer Paper, Cut Vinyl, Software & Template and custom booked order.

Warranty Policies
ASC365 offers one year warranty for all the ASC365 machines. It is free for the components and parts replacement within warranty time, but labor fee charge based on exact cost. Warranty is only for the original buyers. Warranty location is ASC365 International Ltd. Canada office.

Epson Printer offers manufacturer’s warranty. Epson has a 30-day return policy from date of purchase. You may call the Epson Store at 1-800-444-1527 and speak to a return representative.
