Screen stretching is the most important procedure to make screen. Stretching tool and technic define the quality of emulsion coating ,screen stretching and screen printing.

Polyester has replaced traditional silk as the fabric of choice among screen printers all over the world because of its tensile strength, elastic memory and resistance to chemicals, abrasion heat and moisture. Solvent Resistant Emulsion
This solvent resistant emulsion including one big bottle of photogelatin and one small bottle of photosensitizer powder can be used as stencil material to make screen.

Applying the emulsion is the chemical process of transferring image to a screen. In the direct coating process, a light-sensitive emulsion is applied to the entire screen using a scoop coater and allowed to dry. The screen is then exposed to a film positive image. The non-image areas of the emulsion harden upon exposure. However, the coating in the unexposed image areas remains soluble and is removed with a spray of warm water. Several coats of the light-sensitive material are applied and smoothed to achieve a long wearing screen.

Emulsion Remover
This remover can be used to remove emulsion by sprinkling the screen with a solution of water and emulsion remover chemicals which is comprised mainly of sodium metaperiodate. Then rinsing the solution away with fresh water.

The emulsion remover solution should not be permitted to dry on the surface of the screen. The emulsion and remover will become virtually impossible to remove if allowed to dry. Repeated rinsing will result in excess waste water that must be disposed of as a regulated waste and will not significantly improve the situation.

White Paste, Transparent Base, Pigment colors
This combination is used for printing all kinds of clothes.
It includes three parts:
1) White paste
2) Transparent base
3) Pigment colors

Prepare the color
For light-colored cloth, prepare the white paste and transparent base as 1:1 according to the amount of printing need. Add color pigment according to need and prepare it into demand color, after that you can begin to print.
For dark-colored cloth, prepare the white paste and transparent base as 7:3 or 8:2 according to the degree of color depth. Add color paste according to need and prepare it into demand color, after that you can begin to print. You can also prepare other colors by mixing every kind of color paste according to need.

Hint: These three kinds of plasma can be kept for one year after opening under normal temp and plasma prepared can be kept for six months.

 PVC Ink
PVC ink is the most popular type used in the silk screen process, giving beautiful colors and designs to your favorite t-shirts and other clothes. It is also used for industrial clothing, on items such as dotted and anti-slip gloves.

PVC ink requires fine particle resin and fast gelling at low temperatures, preventing color variations in the textile. Its fine particles even make it attractive for use in the mesh of a silk screen.

Ink Thinner  Hardener Pallet adhesive
Ink thinner is used to dilute all kinds of ink, hardener is for hard screen ,and pallet adhesive is used to stabilize the substrate when printing.

A3 A4 Transparency Film
ASC Non-Waterproof Ink-Jet Film is a specially coated, clear film that absorbs quick drying inkjet ink, and controls the shape of fine lines and half tones. Ink-jets achieve better quality because heat isn't used to set the ink. This inkjet film is only coated on one side. Print on the coated (matte) side of the film! If you print on the glossy uncoated side, the ink will not dry because it is not absorbed by the coating.
For the unique high-tech solution, they can not be conglutinated with each other when folded together. The image is well-resisting and suitable for storage.

Note 1: This film also can be used in your laser printer.
