Applications

1.      Easy operation, high efficiency: with the infrared flash dryer installed, the operator can greatly improve the printing efficiency, after you print one color, rotate the flash dryer to dry the ink, and then directly rotate the second arm to print the other color.

2.      High heat efficiency, saving energy: the 1600W flash dryer adopts carbon wave infrared heating tube, the heating area is about 14¡±x20¡±, the strong penetrating power of its heat radiation, fast heating and high heat efficiency greatly improve the drying efficiency. The temp of the flash dryer can reaches 240C and the lifespan of the heating tube is 5000 hours.

3.      The height of the flash dryer head is adjustable in 5.5 inches (14cm) to meet different needs of different products and different temp.

4.   The pallet adopts high temperature resistant melamine board, corrosion resistant, easy cleaning and no deformation. The edge of the pallet is fixed by aluminum alloy to prevent the pallet from deformation. The surface of the pallet is a little rough, so it is very easy to apply the pallet adhesive.

5.   The press is specially designed for t-shirt, the t-shirt pallet will make it easier for the registration of the design.

6.   Special design of spring devices in screen adjusting up and down makes it easier for the user operations according to the sizes and weight of the screens, which guarantees proper spring intensity to avoid squeegees expelling and inks splashing in higher intensity and screen unfixing because of higher weight of screen frames and squeegees in loose intensity.

7.   The press is specially suitable for overprint product, such as t-shirt, pillows, bags and no-woven bags. The user just need to change the pallet, and it is also very easy to do this.

8.   The height of the screen in the screen clamp head can be adjusted in 2 cm.
