Preparation:
Recommendation: the proportion of A and B powder is 4-1,
while powder and water is 2-1. For example, preparing 15kg Glass Etching Cream
need 17.6LB(8kg) A, 4.4LB(2kg) B and 11LB(5kg) water.
First mix A and B in plastic Bucket,
Then add water and stir evenly by plastic or sticker. Making
prepared glass etching
cream sealing well and let it
curing naturally for 18 hours. The new
prepared glass
etching cream is thicker and
its temperature drop, after being cured it returned to be normal. When
preparing large amount of
glass etching cream
or in cold weather it need more curing
time than ever.
2. Clean by running water and dry glasses thoroughly.
3.Stick the sign vinyl on the glass
tightly by squeegee and peel off the part of design.
4.Printing:Stir the prepared
etching cream evenly, then apply a
thick layer of etching cream to the design's surface of the glass
(That's according to your idea of wanting deep or light design). Waiting for 1-2 minutes.
5.Rinse
the item under running water. Peel off the other sign vinyl. Use glass
cleaner to remove all cream and glue residue from the surface.( The
design may be tough to see when it's wet, but it will show up more as it
dries. )

Notes:
1.The frosted surface is uneven or have
scratches, because the powder is not dissolved, so you should stir the
mixture completely.
2.If the effect is not obvious or not
perfect, you can try to frost longer time.
