Glass etching cream is widely used in the processing of high-grade exquisite glass crafts, such as in the crystal glass, art lamp slices, tea table, international chess, cup mat, colored drawing or pattern glass, windows and doors glass, mirrors, large area decorate glass. Print all sorts of designs, trademark, characters, etc, by screen printing and it also can hand painted all kinds of designs on uneven glass surface.

Each kilogram cream can etching about 13-18 square meters according to the different thickness of emulsions.

Storage condition :Store in dry, airy, shady and cool place, avoid sunlight.
Instruction:

1.Making screen plate

  1)Design a picture on computer and cut it on sign vinyl by cutter plotter.

  2)Making plate by traditional method.

2.Clean by running water and dry glasses thoroughly.

3.Stir the prepared etching cream evenly. (When the room-temperature is below 20C, the effective component of cream may become crystalloid, so please heating it outside and then stir evenly. )

4.Printing: Apply etching cream to the screen plate, then pull it firmly by squeegee.

5.Waiting 1-2 minutes, rinse the item under running water and let it dry naturally. Finished.

Suggestion:

1.Use 120-150 mesh screen fabric

2.Make plate by waterborne emulsions, and coat about 0.2-0.3 mm, generally three to five times.

3.Make the distance between glass surface and screen as 2-5mm according to screen tightness.

Notes:

1.It will have a layer of waterborne protection to prevent volatile after placing it for some time, so don't pour out and only need mixing when use it.

2.When in wet weather, etching effect is a bit poor, please extend etching time after printing.

3.The working environment had better have ventilation and please wear rubber gloves when operating.

4.Do not add water or other material to dilute etching cream, or it will affect etching result.

5.When touched etching cream, please rinse immediately with water.
