Advantages

  • Operation more safely, and cutting platform, drill and cutter are completely separate, operators only need to move the metal plate to cut;

  • Straight line cutting is more accurately, the cutting table is a PVC table with a standard size, and with a sliding flexible mobile baffle specifying cut size. After you are familiar with the cutter, when cutting sheet metal as straight line on this platform, the errors will be in 0.2-0.5 mm range, which is the cutting precision very highly of its kind.

  • Operation is more neatly. It can not only fix the electric drill and cutter to the cutting platform, and cut the sheet metal by your hands moving it, but also can grasp the drill and cutter with your hands, and cut the sheet metal after fixing it by a vise or other tools.

  • Cutting perfect circle is more accurately. Just need to drill holes in the cutting table according to the circle size to be cut (does not affect the normal use of the cutting table), and drill a hole in the center of the metal to be cut, then use the screws and nuts to fix the sheet metal to the table, and make sure the sheet metal rotate freely around the hole, and the precision of the cutting circle is very high.

Operation methods, replacement of components and maintenance

1£©Firstly install the electric drill to the connection of the cutting head;
2£©(To cut metal lines for example) Move the slider bar and baffle to the size which the sheet metal need to cut, and tighten the positioning screws;
3£©Turn on the electric drill, and press the locking button, then start cutting (the speed can be adjusted as needed)
4£©When finished cutting, press the drill switch to exit.
5£©During cutting, the hole of rod holder and the material to be cut are vertical, avoiding the cutting head to being broken. (It has been adjusted suitably when it goes out)
6£©Rod replacement: Refer to the instruction, open cover, remove the anti-loose nuts, loosen the set screws, and pull out the cutter bar, then re-loaded a cutter bar, and tighten the screws.
7£©Rod holder replacement: According to the instruction, rotate the nuts anti-clockwise contracts, and replace the new rod holder.
8£©The cutting head should be lubricated by motor oil frequently, especially for cutting aluminum sheet. The cutter has been configured an oilier and motor oil.
9£©Slide bearing should be well-preserved and lubricated timely to ensure the smooth slide movement.
