Take the mug enclosed with image into the machine, and also put a teflon paper between the mug and heat pad. (Don’t switch on the power supply before it, or the heating mat will be burnt)

After adjusting the pressure, shut the handle.

1. Set temp indication (℉ or ℃)
1)     Press “SET ” key, “Mode” indicates “1”; and “D4” indicates “℃”, which shows the temp of this machine is ℃
2)     Press “+” key once, “Mode” still indicates “1”; and “D4” indicates “℉”, which shows the temp of this machine is ℉.
Press “+” and “-” keys alternatively, “Mode” still indicates “1”; and “D4” indicates “℉” and “℃” alternatively.
 
2.Set the max. working temp.
1）Press “SET” key, “Mode” indicates “2”, “D1, D2, D3” indicates the assessed temp；
2）Press “+” key To increase the temp and press “-” key to reduce it.
Tip：
A）Please pay attention that the different sublimation paper, ink and mugs need different temps, so set the temp according to the different materials.
B）The heating temp of our ASC365 sublimation paper, ink and mugs is 190℃ or 374℉
C）If the color of pressed image is light in real operation, the heating temp maybe not high enough, you can increase it by 5-10℃ or 41-50℉.
D）If the mug surface is yellow after pressing, the heating temp maybe too high, you can reduce it by 5-10℃ or 41-50℉.
 
3. Set heating time. ：（This is the keeping time after the machine reaches the assessed time）
1)     Press “SET” key “Mode” indicates “3”; “D1, D2, D3” indicates the assessed heating time and “D4” indicates second “s”
2)     Press “+” key to increase the working time and press “-” to reduce it.
Tip：
A）Please pay attention that the different sublimation paper, ink and mugs need different time, so set the time according to the different materials.
B）The heating temp of our ASC365 sublimation paper, ink and mugs is 40s
C）If the color of pressed image is light in real operation, the heating time maybe not long enough, you can increase it by 5-10s.
D）If the mug surface is yellow after pressing, the heating time maybe too long, you can reduce it by 5-10s.
 
4. All heating ways set：
(Hint: when the “MODE” is set “4”，only set “D3” as “1”，other are not the setting functions of this machine and they can’t be supported.）
“Mode” indicates “4”; Press “+” key, “D1, D2, D4” is blank screen, “D3” indicates “1”.
 
5.Hint: when the “MODE” is set “5”，only set “D3” as “0”，other are not the setting functions of this machine and they can’t be supported.
 
6. After finishing above operations, press SET key continuously, and please check the following set:
