Flash dryer is used after screen printer, when you print a multi-color image, need a flash dryer to dry the ink then press next color. This machine is a new design model with photoelectric sensor switch, only need to adjust the sensing distance, flash dryer will work automatically.

Operation :
Turn on the switch, press "+" to increase drying time, Press "-" will decrease. After setting time, display panel shows "o" it means count down starting; when timing is over, display panel shows "F" stop working automatically.
Photoelectric sensor switch adjustment: 1. Switch one, move induction object, when detector sensing the object, display panel will shows "o" , it mean the distance is suitable and machine start to work. Taking away the object, flash dryer will shows "F' . If dryer do not stop automatically when the object leaving, please repeat this step to test a distance. 2. Machine will beeping 2-3 seconds when heating tube start / stop working. If operator do not have next step, it will beeping again and last 10 seconds.
