Flash dryer is used after screen printer, when you print a multi-color image, need a flash dryer to dry the ink then press next color. This machine is a new design model with photoelectric sensor switch, only need to adjust the sensing distance, flash dryer will work automatically.

1.Put a shirt on the platform and moving the drying box above it, switch on and start to heating. 2. Put the thermometer between the drying box & platform, and set for 15 minutes. 3. Watching the temperature display and move the height of drying box to adjust the temperature. If you lift up the drying box, temperature will be lower; And lay down, temperature will be higher.
Test Data (indoor temperature 75F/24C, with no flow wind.) When the distance is 3cm, temperature is 180C (374F) When the distance is 5cm, temperature is 170C (3256F) When the distance is 7cm, temperature is 160C (320F)
