SPE-3040 Special Stretcher for Cambered Screen Plate
Flexible cambered screen plate is soft, the normal stretcher can not be used; This stretcher is specially used for cambered screen plate; It can be stretched 3 pieces cambered screen plate at the same time with the outer size of 130*250 mm . The main parts are advanced electrostatic spraying surface treatment, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cleaning resistance, long - term use without rust.

This special stretcher consists of three parts:
Glue-free self-stretching frame: inner size: 30*40 cm; The mesh is stretched directly on the frame , no need glue , and the tension can reach 20N. (please see related product links for detailed description of the use )
Cambered screen plate placement table; Used to place the camber screen plate on the surface to brush the screen glue. The surface of the table has PTFE cloth, the material is non-adhesive, resistant to cleaning, after the adhesive dried, gently peel off, to ensure the surface smooth and the good quality of frame.
Pressure device: install camber screen plate placement table, press to make the mesh and camber screen plate close
Methods and procedures:

1.Install the mesh on the glue-free self-tension  frame (see the instructions for operation and the detailed webpage of related products).

2.Put the beam of the pressure device parallel to each other, with an interval about 20cm;
3.Place the cambered screen plate on the placing table.

4.Place the frame with mesh facing down on the cambered screen plate.
5.Press the two sides of the frame with four pressing plates on the pressure device;

6.Evenly rotate the four handles to press down the frame, so that the mesh and cambered screen plate tightly fit;
7.Brush the mesh adhesive on the four sides of the camber screen plate; (dry the first time and brush the second time)

8.After drying, loosen the handle, turn the press plate and remove the frame;

9.Use a knife to cut down the screen plate along the outer frame of the cambered surface screen plate, and then complete the stretching mesh, then the next step can be carried out.

Returns & Exchanges

▲ All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original materials included with the shipment. A partial refund may be applied for opened or damaged items, depending on the condition.

Defective & Damaged Products

 ▲ Replacement or refund of defective or damaged products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or else, the purchase price will be refunded back to your original payment method.
