110V Electric Single Color Pad Printing Machine
Pad printing is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. This is accomplished using an indirect offset (gravure) printing process that involves an image being transferred from the printing plate (cliché) via a silicone pad onto a substrate (surface to be printed). The unique properties of the silicone pad enable it to pick the image up from a flat plane and transfer it onto a variety of surfaces.
Closed ink cup system shows many advantages including :Better process control, especially for long runs, since ink is not exposed to air and does not require frequent addition of thinner / allow use of less ink / allow faster cliché and color changes / are easy to keep clean / however, they are limited in size of artwork because of the size of the ink-cups.

Operation panel

1. SLIDE : The rubber head can be moved （back and forth）.

2. SLIDE+PAD : Automatic printing.( After starting, press the SLIDE button to mix the ink)

3. PAD ： Rubber head down.（When the SLIDE button is pressed, press the PAD key to calibrate）

4. DUAL ：Second take the ink program.（Only operate at shutdown）

5. Stop/Start : Automatic printing control, In the down state, press this button to start automatic printing; in the SLIDE state, press this button can be transferred to the automatic printing; In the automatic pad printing state, press this key to stop printing.

6. FAST,LOW : Adjust the printing speed.

7. Foot The foot switch is the same as “5”.
