Attention 1.The change of static grinding wheel: the change is appropriate if the machine cover is removed, and three cap nuts on grinding wheel base are unscrewed and the bolt is taken out. (Notice: three nuts should be tightened in turn with proper tension, in case of damaging the grinding wheel and automatic removal of the nut.) 2. The change of dynamic grinding wheel: the change is appropriate if the tightening bolt is unscrewed, and the kicking-out device is removed firstly and then the dynamic grinding wheel is removed. The location bolt must be embedded into the small round hole on the back of dynamic grinding wheel correctly when the dynamic grinding wheel is being installed. 3. The leveling of the grinding wheel: the parallel status between dynamic and static grinding wheels is the key to guarantee that this model is stable, endurable and highly efficient, which must not be negligent. The leveling must be completed after the change of the grinding wheel. | |||||||||
