Description

This instrument is overall design, composed primarily of a base, a friction transmitting device and a counter, Fix the sample and sand paper on one side of the base with a sample holder, then rocking handles, make the friction head of a white cotton cloth reciprocating motion on the sample regularly. The white cotton cloth and the sample are rubbed against each other. Ten times later, observe the degree of color on the cotton fabric, after that, you can determine the dyeing or surface stability of fabric samples.

Maintenance

(1)Apply grease regularly.

(2)The counter is fragile, please maintain carefully.

(3)The stainless steel groove and the steel plate of the base are easy to fall off, please be careful when operating.

(4)The friction head is made of PVC, don't make it rub with sandpaper directly or that will influence the consequence.
