1. Connect the external vacuum pipeline system and open the vacuum pump.
2. Machine: press the larger red power button, the screen, please press (program group) button, select A01-A12, the screen back to the running page.
3. Put the substrate at the center of the suction cup, turn on the red vacuum switch, check whether the substrate is firmly sucked, (it is strictly prohibited to glue the substrate less than the round suction groove of the suction cup). Drop the appropriate amount of photoresist at the center of the substrate and press the green gel switch,......(If there is any situation, you can press the green rubber start button, the suction cup will stop) wait for the motor to stop turning, close the vacuum and take the piece.
4. According to the viscosity of the photoresist and the working environment temperature, the general uniform time is about 5 to 20 seconds.
5. Put the glass sheet on the glass casuck into the metal box, and put them into the temperature box for drying according to the requirements of the glue. The drying temperature of general photoresist is 90℃ 30 minutes.
6. The homogenizer must be started after closing the upper cover. It is strictly forbidden to touch the homogenizer when turning.

• It is strictly prohibited to glue the substrate less than the outer circle of the suction suction tank. After using the equipment, please remove the suction cup to prevent the glue from sticking to the suction cup.
• Clean the glue liquid in the glue plate regularly to prevent the liquid level from being too high and pour into the motor.
• According to the specific working environment, regularly check the vacuum line, clean the solenoid valve regularly, and keep the machine in normal condition.
• The power supply should be cut off during maintenance.
