1. Turn on the switch, load the surface after pulling out the barrel, push it to the position of the pressure surface, and press down the operating handle. After the pressing surface is finished, the operating handle can be lifted up. When pressing the surface, the pressing panel must be aligned with the position of the surface barrel. Otherwise, the pressing panel will be damaged. If the surface is not pressed for a long time, you need to turn off the switch. 2. Replace the hydraulic oil and choose the hydraulic oil with higher viscosity. When the working time is long, the gear pump will heat up, and the pressure is insufficient at this time, indicating that the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is not high, and the hydraulic oil with high viscosity should be replaced in time. Note that hydraulic oil needs to be added before the machine starts. |
