Function

This chuck is suitable for use on various lathes,milling machines,ordinary internal and external grinding machines etc,and for holding workpiece so as to aid the machines to acco mplish their cutting operation.
Check up the adaptor on the spindle nose before mounting the chuck onto it to make sure that it runs correctly.
Do not hammer the workpiece gripped on the chuck so as to prevent possible impairment on the accuracy of the chuck or damage of its component parts.
Chips might get into the chuck during cutting operation.
Wash and clean the chuck regularly to preserve its accuracy and to avoid possible troubles.

The jaws of the series chucks have two types:
(1).Model K12 is of solid jaw. One chuck has each set of internal and external jaws,which can be used separately.
(2).Model 1 K12A(or K12C) is of two-piece jaw, which is composed of base jaw and reversible top
jaw. The two-piece jaws can perform as internal or external jaws through adjustment.The connection dimensions for two-piece jaws of Model K12A conform to GB4346-2002(ISO3442)standards.
