1. General information l Keep this manual in a safe place so that it can be used as reference by other operators of the appliance. l This appliance should be installed following the instructions provided by the manufacturer and in compliance with all applicable local regulations. This appliance should be con-nected to the power supply by qualified personnel only. l All personnel in charge of using this appliance should be specifically trained in its operation. l In the event of failure or ma lfunction, switch off the appliance. The periodic functional checks requested in this manual should be carried out according to the instructions. l Have the appliance serviced by a technically qualified person duly authorized by the manufacturer that uses genuine spare parts. l Failure to comply with the above may jeopardise the appliance’s safety.
2.Using the appliance safety l Being an appliance designed for professional use only, it should be operated by qualified personnel exclusively. Never leave the deep fat fryer unattended while in operation. l Cooking with old and filthy oil is a safety risk; make sure that you always use fresh or purified oil. l Foodstuffs to be fried should always be as dry as possible.Cooking foodstuffs with high moisture content causes oil to foam and overflow. l Do not try to fry too much food at the same time. The maximum recommended quantity to be fried at the same time is about half of the basket capacity. l If oil level approaches the minimum level line marked on the side panel of the tank,pour some more oil into the tank until you reach the maximum level. l If you should need to add oil while the appliance is in operation, use cold oil and pour it into the tank very carefully.In this way, you will prevent oil from splashing (fire hazard).In any case, do not mix large amounts of fresh and old oil or fat because fresh oil will spoi l much faster when in contact with old oil. l Too little oil in the tank may result in overheating. l Never leave the deep fat fryer on without oil in the tank! Should this happen accidentally, l the safety thermostat will turn off the appliance. l Do not move the appliance while hot. l IF OIL SHOULD CATCH FIRE, NEVER USE WATER TO EXTINGUISH IT

![]() 3.Checking operation 1. Start up the appliance as described in the user’s manual. 2. Check for gas leaks. 3. Check flame stability throughout the whole ON-OFF- ON temperature control range 4. Check the lighting process along the entire main burn er. Check that flames are even 5. Check for proper operation of the pilot flame. If the pilot flame has been properly adjusted, the flame will wrap around the thermocouple and have a uniform appearance. Otherwise, check that the appropriate nozzle has been fitted. 6. Check that burnt gases come out from the exhausting pipes in a regular manner. 7. Check that there is a good inflow of fresh air. |
![]() 4.Gas connection u You should install a quick cutting-off gas valve on this machine and it should be put on a place near this machine. u Please make sure the connected gas is same as gas use for this machine. If not, do not use it. u Please make gas connection with this machine with suitable metal tube. u Test this machine by LPG first. u If the pressure of gas tube connects to this machine is higher or lower 10% than the rating pressure of this machine, you should install a good gas pressure adjuster to get a rating pressure. u After connection, please use soapsuds or test device to test tube connection point to know whether it is leakage or not. Do not use match to fire for testing it.

5.Operating ① Add oil to the tank. Be aware of the oil indication marks. For safe operation of the product, DO NOT allow the level of oil to exceed the 'MAX' High mark when adding oil. The oil level MUST also exceed the 'MIN' low mark for safe usage. ② Make sure the themostat is in the off position before operating , ③ Turn on the ignition switch (GREEN COLOR).Then,Rotate the themostat knob clockwise to the desired temperature indicated by the pointer. When the desired temperature has been reached, the Green "Flame burner" will turn off and cycle, and the Themostat will maintain the temperature automatically. ④ The frying basket is for cooking small food items.Before using ensure the handle is securley locked in place. ⑤ Lower the basket containing the food for frying into the hot oil. When food is cooked the basket can be lifted to a draining position by placing the hook located on the basket into the rods on tank. ⑥ WARNING: RISK OF SEVERE BURNS. Ensure the lid/cover is not wet or covered in condensation when placed on the fryer.Overwet food can cause surge boiling. Even small amounts of water in hot oil can burn you. ⑦ If the cooking temperature gets too high, an overheat facility will cut in and turn the fryer off .The product can be reset by allowing the unit to cool to room temperature then pushing the reset button found at the back of the fryer. Seek advice from a qualified technician if the overheat facility repeatedly cuts in ⑧ When frying is completed, the temperature control must be turned anti-clockwise to the‘0’position and the igniton switch turned off. ⑨ Functions : a. RESET SWITCH: If for any reason, the unit over heats, a safety cut-out is automatically activated. This can be reset manually by unscrewing the black cap on the front of the fryer and pushing the reset button(Temperature Limiter) b. IGNITION SWITCH:Let pilot burner burn to heat thermocouple. (After lighting the pilot flame,hold the knob down for 15-20 seconds to allow the thermo-couple to heat.if the pilot flame goes out, repeat the lighting process.) c. THERMOSTAT:After turned of ignition switch,turn knob counter-clockwise to needed degree( Temperature controller)
6.Cleaning 1) Before cleaning, turn off the appliance and disconnect power supply to it by switching off 2) the safety switch located upstream of the appliance. 3) Wait until the deep fat fryer has cooled down before you start cleaning it. 4) Drain all oil from the tank after Hot oil cooled 5) If you stop using this machine for long time, please clean its stainless steel body with cloth painted petrol and put this machine in a ventilation place. 6) Everyday please you clean its stainless steel surface with warm soapsuds and then wash it to clean well. Do not wash this machine with a water jet by a high-pressure water gun. 7) Do not clean this machine by cleaner with abrasion object, brush or cutter, etc. Because residue will cause corrosion. And wipe its stainless steel surface by some cleaner without any chlorine (such as bleaching agent or chlorohydric acid, and so on.). 8) Do not use any corrosive object (such as muriate ) floor under this machine. 9) Please clean dirt on burner and oil splasher weekly. 10) Do not change its ventilation space for burning. 11) 90%of this machine is made of metal. These metal can be secondary used.
