Overview
1.   Torque wrench is a kind of very sophisticated equipment.  It is only  used to  tighten screws, bolts and nuts to the  required torque.
2.  Don't let it used as a crowbar or general ratchet  wrench.
3. Do  not use the wrench as a hammer.
4.  When using, do not exceed the maximum torque value of  the wrench.  Applying force  can only handle again, do not  attach any extension rod  on the product.
5.  Wrench torque values must be adjusted to the same as the  required  torque value.  If you adjust the torque value is  too large or too  small, both can seriously  damage your  wrench screw equipment.
6. Don't disassembling   the wrench. Incorrect disassembling may cause  the damage to  the internal  structure, which can seriously damage the   wrench.
7. It   must be checked regularly.
Using  method

TLB type torque  wrench is a kind of used for threaded  fastener torque  measuring  instrument indicator, It can be in the  range  within the scope of any testing.  Suitable for high accuracy   requirements of fastening torque test.
1. Before  using, you must adjust the  zero firstly!
(1) Choose  the correct  sleeve, then set on the wrench.
(2) Rotate  the dials on  the black table cover, make the primary  pointer to 0.
(3) Rotate the yellow bottom on the cover,make the driven  pointer close  to the  active pointer.
 When  clockwise, let the yellow pointer on the right side of the  black  pointer.
 When  counterclockwise, let the  black pointer on the right side  of  the yellow pointer.
2. When  using, you should exert tighten slowly  and steadily, until   driven a pointer to the required torque value.
3. When  stop work, active pointer automatic back  to zero, driven   pointer is still on the scale value of directives, and can   accurately  read torque values. At the top of the knob and  rotating dial, driven   pointer also return to zero, the next  time can be use.
