Use requirements and maintenance:

1.Before use, check that the power supply voltage meets the specified requirements before use.
2.First, clean the parts of the machine that contact food. After plugging in the power supply, turn on the switch and close the clutch with the hand-stirring clutch handle to make the machine run normally (the best position to use is to hear the slight friction of the blade during operation). Please note that the blade nut cannot be screwed too tightly during operation, too tight will burn the blade and orifice plate.
3.The processed meat must be skinless and boneless
4.Cut off the power after use, clean the blade and the cutting head to avoid bacteria growth.
5.Apply a proper amount of lubricant to the bearing regularly.
6.After a long time of use, if the blade is found to be worn, replace it with a new blade immediately.
