empty oil pump, need to refuel and replace the oil suction filter. - Hydraulic oil such as serious pollution, odor deterioration phenomenon, should be replaced in time, taking into account the high precision requirements of the proportional valve, the general hydraulic oil four to six months to replace once. (According to the frequency of use of the equipment can be replaced in advance or delay) - Check whether the valve assembly and pipe joint on the hydraulic station have oil leakage. If there is leakage, the sealing assembly should be replaced to ensure the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic system. - Whether the electromagnetic reversing valve is sensitive, whether the relief valve pressure regulation effect is normal, whether the throttle valve speed regulation is effective, such as abnormal, should be repaired or replaced hydraulic components. |
